Citiz Hotel, Toulouse

The hotel has a superb location right in the heart of the city, close to major transportation hubs and attractions; the rooms are small but nicely decorated. The service is friendly but not up to a proper four-star standard. The dining options are limited as there is no restaurant or room service. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot with easy metro access. The small dining area offers a good selection, and there are plenty of choices nearby. The hotel is well-maintained and offers a good value for the price.

The hotel location is superb, offering quick access to both Metro lines and an airport shuttle bus stop while being a short walk away from the heart of the city. The rooms, though small, are nice with a unique sliding door setup between the toilet and shower. The service from the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, although not meeting a proper four-star standard.

The hotel's rooms are small and need updating, but they still provide a good size. Noise from an adjacent nightclub may be a concern. Staying on the top floor was very comfortable, a great place to base yourself to see the best of Toulouse. The rooms, however, suffer from bad acoustics and are exceptionally small.

The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms, but mine faced the main road, making it noisy with traffic sounds. The service was top-notch, with a really professional and kind staff. The location was superb, close to both Metro lines and key city attractions, although the noise from nearby bars and traffic was a downside. The dining experience was delightful with a vast selection, yet a bit on the expensive side. The facilities were well-maintained throughout.
